Custom Design Your Day Planner

• Do you ship to different countries?

  Yes. We ship internationally.

• How long does International Shipping take?

  For International shipping, it usually takes 6 – 12 working days (subject to custom clearance) by DHL Ecommerce.

• What kinds of payments do you accept?

  We accept payments through PayPal for International transactions.

• What is the shipping cost?

  The shipping cost varies according to the destination and is determined by the shipping calculator.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes, you can track your order. Once we ship your order, we will email you your tracking number.

• What is your return policy?

  If the item is unused, you can return it within 30 days for a 100 percent refund, minus the shipping cost.

• I want to place a bulk order. What should I do?

  Email us at info@inspiredawe.com and we’ll provide a custom offer.

• Do you have an app version of the Custom Design Your Day Planner?

  We are working on it and will let you know when we are ready.

• What if I receive a faulty item?

  If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to info@inspiredawe.com along with your order number. If the item delivered to you would be faulty, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

• Do you ship worldwide?

  Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once you place your order, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

• May I get a tracking number?

  Yes, of course! Once we ship your order, we will email you your tracking number.

• How can I pay?

  We accept payments through PayPal for all International transactions.

• What about taxes and duties?

  We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
